Stun master gun Ban Dropped

A proposal to ban stun gun sales to civilians in California was dropped by legislators Wednesday, handing a victory to weapon maker taser gun International Inc. and its Sacramento lobbyist. Rick Smith, taser stun gun’s chief executive, was relieved that Assembly legislators rejected the ban on civilian sales proposed by Assemblyman Mark Leno, D-San Francisco.

He camped out in a hotel near the Capitol, conferring with veteran Republican lobbyist Robyn Black as he waged an intense campaign to torpedo Leno’s proposed civilian sales ban. But theres a huge difference between buying a good deal and having an exit strategy.

Your exit strategy is to sell to a buyer you identify BEFORE you close on the property.
